Ashram week

2–6 November 2026 – Projekt SOL, Växjö

This is a week for those who wish to sink into stillness and meet themselves without distraction. We gather in simplicity, in partial silence, in a sacred field where the heart can speak and the body can remember. Day by day we open ourselves to the light, to nature, to the divine — and let our own sadhana carry us home.

In this work there is also a soft Bhakti current present: the heart’s devotion, the quiet movement of love turning toward the source, an inner quality that does not require form or ritual — only a willingness to surrender a little more, listen a little deeper, and allow the divine to move freely through us.

We let this devotional tone carry the week — not as a method, but as a quality in the field, a way of being, a quiet opening where the heart can lead the way home.

An Ashram week is not a typical retreat. It is a week where you take care of your own sadhana, your own transformation, your own path home. We meet in simplicity, stillness and presence — and let the days be shaped by practice, silence, karma yoga and the work of the heart.

Manereia holds the field. You do the work.

What the week is about

This is not an all‑inclusive stay. It is not a place to “hang out”, chat, or seek validation. We gather in partial silence, in safety, in simplicity — and let the energy work within us.

We are here to:
– deepen our sadhana
– meet ourselves without distraction
– release old karma
– strengthen our relationship to the divine
– let nature and stillness carry us
– create the new from within

We are ready to continue on the path home.

The days during Ashram Week

06:30 - Puja at the Altar

We begin each morning in front of the altar — in silence, prayer, mantra, meditation.
We connect to the source and let the day begin in gratitude.

07:30 - Yoga or qi-gong

One of the participants leads a gentle session.
If no one wishes to lead, we do our own practice..

09:00 Breakfast in stillness

We prepare and eat breakfast together.
We speak if needed, but maintain stillness and presence.

own time

After breakfast we have our own time until lunch.
We rest, walk, do karma-yoga, sink into nature and into ourselves.
We keep a low profile — we do not look around, we do not seek stimulation.
We let the silence do the work.

Deeper meetings

Sometimes we may withdraw two by two to share something important.
Perhaps we need to lighten the heart, receive compassion, advice or reflection.
This is not a party — it is a meeting for those who want to grow.

Afternoon meeting

Each afternoon we have a meeting shaped in the moment:
– meditation
– sharing
– teaching
– free dance
– nature contact
– or hugging trees together

We follow the flow.

Energy work during the week

During the week we let the living force flow through the body and the energy system. We release control, surrender, and let our higher self, guides and ascended masters lead us into transformation.

We receive what we need. The program is intuitively adapted to the group. It is a simple, small Ashram week in Manereia’s home — where we cook, keep the space clean, and create a sacred field together.

About Manereia

Manereia has for many years deepened his own sadhana through meditation, nature contact, karma-yoga and Bhakti. His path is simple, grounded, and deeply connected to the divine.

In his work he shares the insights and tools that have carried him — not as methods or systems, but as an opening toward the heart and the living force within us. Bhakti is a natural part of his field — a soft devotion, an inner movement of love turning toward the source.

During Ashram Week, Manereia holds the field and guides when needed. He creates safety, direction and clarity, so that you can work with your own transformation in stillness, simplicity and presence.
